Behind the Scenes with New England's Best Musicians

Sponsorship Opportunities

You may be wondering why a show like The Acadia Sessions hasn’t been started before. The problem usually boils down to money. It’s expensive to produce a TV show at this quality level. Ultimately the payoffs far outweigh the money involved, just take a look what Austin City limits did for Austin, Texas. A show like this brings sorely needed attention to the great wealth of talent we have in our midst. We’re currently seeking funding for the 2009-2010 season from four sources:

Television program underwriters

We are seeking 2-4 companies to be Corporate Underwriters for the television broadcast of The Acadia Sessions on the Maine Public Broadcasting network. Additional or expanded underwriter possibilities may be available on the broadcast of the series on New Hampshire Public Television.

Website advertisers

We are seeking companies that would be interested in advertising on the show’s sister website, theacadiasessions.com. The website audience demographics will deliver a traditionally hard to reach audience of 12-39 year olds, with new content and web-only (webisodes) episodes and out-takes.

Sales of episodes to music related web-streaming Internet companies

The Acadia Sessions episodes would be ready-made content ideal for internet/music related websites and companies looking to expand their available online content.

Individual contributors

For individuals and companies looking to show their support, we will be offering several levels of contribution. Recognition of these contributions will be acknowledged in a special section of the website, and of course those who would wish to remain anonymous can do so.
